These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Lnqinfo (the "Service"), operated by Petra Software Industries ("we", "us"). By shortening a link or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Lnqinfo turns long web addresses into short links that redirect to the original address, and shows click statistics for those links.
- Guests can shorten links from the homepage without an account.
- Registered users have accounts created by an administrator and can manage their own links from the dashboard.
The Service is provided free of charge.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, share or redirect to content that:
- is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
- contains malware, viruses or any other harmful software;
- is used for phishing, fraud, scams or to collect other people's passwords or payment details;
- sends spam or unsolicited messages;
- infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- harasses, threatens or impersonates any person or organization.
You also agree not to:
- try to get around click limits, password protection or any other restriction of the Service;
- use automated tools to create links in bulk or to generate fake clicks;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
3. Links created by guests
Links created from the homepage without an account may have a click limit. Once a link reaches that limit it stops working. We may change the limit at any time.
4. Password-protected links
If you protect a link with a password, you are responsible for choosing it and for sharing it only with the people you want to have access.
5. Our rights
We may disable or delete any link, and suspend or delete any account, at any time and without notice, especially if we believe it breaks these Terms. We may also change, suspend or stop the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free or secure, or that short links will keep working forever.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petra Software Industries is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service or from the content of any link.
We don't control the websites that short links point to, and we're not responsible for their content.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. By continuing to use the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
